Welcome to Monte do Ramalho!
This is a typical “herdade alentejana” with more than 100 years in the same family.
Initially founded as an agricultural production farm, Monte do Ramalho gather all the conditions to host our guests in a cozy and tranquilizing environment.

The tourist houses are from 1830. These houses started as the main infrastructure of the farm, but in the 30’s were substituted by the actual family house. From then on the houses were started to be know as “Monte de Cima” (upper house) or “Monte dos Forrageais” (forging house), becoming shelter for entire genera
